Corned beef

Does anyone know if it's good or bad for you? I mean it's got low cals and high protein and it tastes pretty good. I'm mostly interested to know if it's good or bad to eat on a cut?

Serv size 2 oz (56g)
Cals 120
fat 60
Total fat -6
sat fat - 3.5
Cholesterol - 20mg
Sodium - 490 mg
Protein - 15g

I apologize in advance if this question has been asked before.

That's kind of fatty if you eat an 8 oz serving which is like a small to medium size then thats 24 grams of fat 14 of which are saturated. So on a cut definitely not on a bulk maybe once and a while. A lean cut of steak would be way better for you and much tastier. Corned beef is pretty low quality beef. Flank steak is pretty tasty especially London Broil style and has a higher protein to fat ratio. That being said fish and chicken are probably your best bet because they are low in saturated fat but high in all the good kinds and omegas while also being extremely high in protein.

Beef (flank, cooked), 3 oz. (85.05g)
Calories: 192.1
Protein: 22.4g
Carbohydrate: 0.0g
Total Fat: 10.6g
Fiber: 0.0g
