im only 17 years old and i have been working out for 3 years now but i have only started seriously working out and paying attention to my nutrition this year. I am wondering if i can get some comments on my nutrition to ensure that im on the right track.. i dont eat the same thing everyday but ill give you my nutriton plan for today.,
Morning 9pm
- Protein Shake ( i scoop of 100% optimum goldstandard whey)with peanut butter, one splenda package, banana, 2% milk, and ice to make it cold
- oatmeal
- 1l water
- multivitam (mega gold i think its called )
11:30
- 1 scoop of MRI black powder
workout 1200
- drank 1.5 l water during workout
1:30 finish
- on ride home i drink a protein shake with 1.5 scoops of isoflex isolate protein witt jsut milk.
2:30 - 3
- tuna sandwich on whole grain bread with mixed veggie sticks
- 500 ml water
- multivitamin

-went to work ( which explains my dinner time meal )

-1 l water
-mr sub - 6 inch grilled chicken on italian bread with no sauces or dressings and packed with vegetables
i normally dont eat fast food, but today things are rushed and i cannot prepare myself a proper meal
10- protein shake
- 1 scoop of optimum casein protein
- 500 ml water
i try and drink 4-5 l of water a dayand eat every 3 hours,
if any one has any suggestions to improve my nutrition and plan i would greatly appreciate it because i am a teen still learning.
heres my gym plan for a week btw.
day 1- legs
Day 2- arms + abs
day 3- break/cardio
day 4- chest+ abs
day 5- shoulders+legs
day 6- back+ abs
day 7- break

how much do you weigh? you dont look like you are eating enough. Or is that just b.c that day was weird?

Def not eating enough I think either.
You may want to increase your calories, but stick to the protein if you take in 170 grams already.
A like a hand held fruit into your meals after workout and dinner that might help some. Not too many calories in fruit, but loaded with extra nutrients.
From the looks of it, you burn calories like nothing. I myself wouldn't be able to eat the junk food as you call it.Colby Butler
