Pwo
For those that have that extra edge of knowledge on PWO nutrition, here is something I have been experimenting with:
My source of protein is something I whip up in a big batch and it consists of cottage cheese, egg whites, and stevia/splenda to sweeten. =PROTEIN
PROTEIN + DRIED FRUIT + CEREAL = PWO
Is this decent health wise? My carb protein ratio is in check.

i think thats mislabeled, i get Orville 94% popcorn which is basically the same thing , no way it has 9g of fiber for that lil a serving.
