I have so many friends that have such dumb excuses to avoid working out or comming to the gym with me, here are a few
1)a big guy 6'2 300 pounds "i dont wanna seem weak lifting light weights at the start, no point in me starting"
2)asian 5'8 135 "i dont want my chest to look weird like boobs"
3)russian 5"11 169 pounds like 25% bf "im good where im at i think im fine i dont need to lift, i want a 6 pack but no point"
4) white guy 135 5'8 "i workout at my home all the time im fit, plus i row" (in actual fact hes like really weak and cant lift for ****)

one friend kept asking me to come to the gym with me, but i couldn't really be ****ed to babysit the guy through a workout and basically be his personal trainer. so this one time he asks me if i want to go, so i tell him that i'm going, but today im training legs, heavy also.
ever since i told him that, he's never come to the gym with me. he's asked a few times now, and it's always been on a leg day (no bull****)(yes coincidence). i'm glad either way, cba to train with people like that.
