Eating a lot of Boiled Eggs?

I've heard that prolly eating a lot of boiled eggs creates some sort of health issues (they never told specifically what type of) is that right?

I am eating 6 per day... not just white but the whole boiled eggs!

Btw.. i ate them hard boiled, will they still create cholesterol probs? Lets say i wanna still eat them then what else I am supposed to do to maintain the Cholesterol levels? Does cardio helps ?

If the eggs fit into your macros, its fine. Cholesterol in food does not translate to the cholesterol in your blood stream, that comes from excess saturated and trans fats. Besides, you should be eating your oats and veggies anyway.

Eggs are high in cholesterol, but dietary cholesterol =/= blood cholesterol. You actually need some cholesterol in your diet. The jury seems to be out on whether eggs are good for blood cholesterol since studies seem to all contredict one another.. if it is bad, then it's from the fat in the yolk. If you have a family history of heart disease, blood pressure, and such or if you're just concerned about it, maybe cut back to one or two egg yolks a day.

So at the moment i am thinking to eat 6 eggs in total 4 just white... and two with yolks... i hope that wud be a nice way..
