Dude, if you're 24 like you say, you should be more than fine. If you're concerned, have a sperm count done. Otherwise, just eat well, rest well, and have lots and lots of sex without birth control. Worked for me a couple of times Have since had a vasectomy, one of the greatest things ever.

Do it all natural. The last thing you want is to screw something up BECAUSE you decided to take something because you thought you needed it. Talk to your Dr. and do it all natural. That is your best bet.

I don't think that you would need any supplements, one of the above post should a few suggestions of supplements and diet. But I would consult the soon to be family doc about it all, you know get the count, check the mobility, just to be sure.
