Enjoy!
So Low Carb Diet > Mediterranean Diet > Low Fat Diet for fat loss.

Now imagine a low carb diet with healthy food choices, healthy/good fats, and portion control (Cut Diet/CHA Diet)

I too noticed this on the news!

I was at my parents and telling them.. SEE, now you know why I eat all there "weird" foods!

Nothing we didnt already know though! We already know that the products from Scivation, wether diets, training , or supps, are top notch......just like the owner/employees!

Scivation deserves a TON of credit!

My parents had on the news, and they talked about this briefly, and both of my parents gave me this dont-say-anything-look. lol

One thing that is amazing to me is that 85% of the people stuck to the diets for 2 years! This is poof that they felt better without the carbs, and were not having cravings.

"Among the 36 diabetics, only those on the Mediterranean diet lowered blood sugar levels. Among the 45 women, those on the Mediterranean diet lost the most weight."
Yeah buddy!
