Thanks for all the comments. 225 is my goal, so 3 more lbs. Anything under that and I don't think I would look healthy. I already had my mom tell me I'm starting to look a little sickly. I started out really slow. 20 min walking on the treadmill @ 2-3 mph. Eventually being able to run and I love the intervals. After the 1st month or so, started lifting light weight, high reps. I followed Chris Aceto's program that he used following his cancer treatment. Now I do 4x week of weights and 6x week of cardio, biking, running, and the intervals. Diet is 6 meals a day. Supreme Whey bars and ON Gold Std. whey. Ground chicken and turkey, chicken breasts, lean beef, egg whites, raw oats, whole grain bread. Not a lot of carbs. 1-1.5 gallons of water a day.
Cut out the boozing and partying. No need now, I feel great!

Wouldn't look healthy under 225? How tall are you? I'm 6'2" 200 and look at my pics on BS... I'm still fat.

this is amazing... but I'm curious what others think.. isn't losing 100 lbs in less then 6 months a little bit extreme and unhealthy? I had always thought that 1-2 lbs a WEEK, maybe more then that if your heavier, was the healthy amount. Can someone explain how this guy lost nearly one pound a day?? What are the affects on his metabolism>?? how is this possible?/
your a freak bro. Congrats!!!

Being 100lbs less probably outweighs any of the negatives of losing the weight that fast. I am sure that some muscle was lost, but that can always be rebuilt.

And I have no loose skin some how. I've seen a lot of people with similar results and they have a ton of excess skin. I guess everyone is different and the skins elasticity varies. I think my weight loss is excessive as well, but I couldn't control how fast it came off. I didn't starve myself. I'll tell you one thing, as soon as I changed careers and the stress in my life disappeared, this happened. Stress plays a huge factor!!
