Pull-ups and deadlifts primarily, occasionally throw in T-bar rows, seated close grip rows. Keep it simple, push hard.

Great physique. Lean and muscular. Now if only I could get up to 170 and stay lean.

sick back and arms man....but if you are 5'9" 170 and your upper body looks like that I'm guessing you don't work your legs very often?

I'll be the first to admit that proportionally my legs lag behind my upper body.
I have been squatting religiously for the past 2.5 years however but compared to my back (my strength), I agree that my legs still need much work.
No pump, flexed
I might also add that my weakest body part is probably my calves. They are disproportionately small and I've had a lot of trouble targeting them exclusively as the big 3 exercises (bench, deadlift, squat) is what I build my training program around thus calf work is largely left out.
