UPDATES
I'm BAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCKKKKKKK
As you may or may not know, I've been swamped running supplement logs. Due to new requirements/regulations, I don't think I'll be able to run anymore for awhile. So I'm back.
Biggest cliff notes of **** you've probably missed.
-Set NEW Bench PR. 375. So close to 385 right now too. Aiming for 405 ASAP.
My last chest day (yesterday), I hit 275 for 8. 315 for 5. 335 for 3. 365 for 1. 375 for 1. 315 for 2 more sets of 5. I feel it.
-Squats. I got up to hitting 365 for good singles on squats. Slowly building these back up to where I was. It's taken forever but I finally feel like I've made the progress I've been dying to. Regularly squatting 315 ATG or close as **** to it.
-Deads. Finally pulled decent numbers as well. Got to 455 for doubles. Pulled 500 for a single not too long ago as well. Maybe looking to break a new PR there. I believe my old PR is 525 or 535.
-Physique wise, I look the best I have at this weight. I'm not sure what my weigh is as I haven't regularly been weighing in like I should. I do know I'm heavier than I was at the Olympia. If I had to guess I'm in the high 220s. I still get vascular with my workouts. I'm looking to get a little more strict and dial things in a bit for the Arnold.
-Supplement wise, straight Magnum. I'll be running any and all permutations of our products.
-Diet wise, I'm eating more healthy fats than I have in the past. I've neglected those a lot. But I'm actually using more olive oil, coconut oil, almonds, peanut butter, etc. So far so good.
-Goals: Continue to get stronger. Continue to get leaner. Continue to get denser. Bring the pain for the Arnold.Magnum Nutraceuticals BB.com Forum Manager & Lead Sales Representative

Thanks E. Trying to do work.
Haha nah man. But I have been lazy. Haven't been able to wake up early, weather's been crap, and I messed my knee up playing around with my son. It's not "messed up" bad or anything but feels sore and pops a lot. I think it got hyper extended a little bit. I've been stretching it and just playing it safe over the holidays. Plus nothing beats family time.
Thanks Jared. I'll give it a go soon 'nuff. Gonna be on dat dere THRUST when I do
I really feel like I'm making great progress.
What's good MD? Question, I finish the aminos I won, but since I'm a rep and with the new rules, how do I review/rate your supplement? PM me if you can about it.
It had a great taste and I loved sippin it intra workout.
My brother from another. How you been? Miss seeing you around. You look beastly in the avi. Great job.
That's my goal. To crush those old PRs.Magnum Nutraceuticals BB.com Forum Manager & Lead Sales Representative

Refocused.
12/23/13. Back. Powerbuilding.
Sets x Reps (Weight, if given)
*light hip / lower back stretches*
Deads: 3 w/u
1 x 5 (315)
2 x 3 (405)
2 x 1 (455)
3 x 1 (475)
Chest Supported T Bar Rows: 4 sets.
*SUPERSET*
Straight Arm Pulldown: 4 sets.
Lat Pulldown: 4 sets. (2 sets wide / 2 sets cambered)
*SUPERSET*
Crunches: 4 sets.
Cardio: 25 minutes Elliptical.
Thoughts/Comments
-I'm refocused on really progressing to where I wanna be with my physique goals and aspirations of strength. I got up early and crushed it. No other way to describe it.
-Worked with 475 for singles for three sets. I'm going to keep slowly getting big singles until I feel ready to max out again. Honestly, 475 felt heavy on the first single. So I banged out two more singles after it and they all went up so much easier without issue.
-First time being able to knock my cardio out in a few weeks. I'll be honest again, I needed it. I'm looking to refine myself more with more emphasis on a slight cut. So stricter eating and cardio will be in play. Though I'm sure with this being Christmas, that I'll enjoy a good meal or two.Magnum Nutraceuticals BB.com Forum Manager & Lead Sales Representative

That first heavy set of 475 will always be a kicker but after that…. easy, peasy…

I was just playing around with my son. It just feels like it's sore / tight. I'm not sure the exact location of the pain... it just feels really tight / sore. But it's getting a lot better. The stretching, bending, moving, etc. has helped it tremendously.
I'll probably put squats on the back burner until it feels better.Magnum Nutraceuticals BB.com Forum Manager & Lead Sales Representative
