Stubborn Lower Bodyfat !!!
This maybe a silly question, but...
I know that you cannot spot reduce fat, but I hold alot of fat in my lower body, however my upper body carries alot less.
If I keep consistantly losing fat, will it start eventually come off the lower part, and slow down coming off the upper?
Or am I destined to have legs like tree-trunks forever

You hold fat where pretty much every woman holds fat. Lower your overall body fat % and it will come off where it wants to, when it wants to, but to answer your question: yes it will come off the lower part and not come off the upper part as much.

We all have similar problems, Candy. Common stuff.
I've been cutting for a bit and am just now starting to get a view of abs 5+6. The little bit of fat on the lower belly is a stubborn SOB. Dudes carry it in the midsection. Girls carry it in the hips/thighs.
Just how it is.

Acording to the thing on the left it says you are 27 yrs old. If that is correct then you are still young enough that your skin should shrink back SOME. People who loose alot of weight (think 100 lbs or more) sometimes dont shrink back. All the loose skin has to be surgically removed.
Loosing weight too fast can cause this problem as well. Thats why its best to loose 1-3 lbs a week but not more than that. It allows your body time to heal itself and shrink back to size. Skin is very elastic.
Start working out those legs and build muscle to help take the place of some of the fat you have lost.
And yes unfortunately it just takes TIME......
I wish you luck.

I think we all have "spots" last "Strong-Holds" if you will. Mine are the love handles- they never seem to get reduced.
You just have to keep working harder and harder. If it's the last thing to go, so be it! Just see it as the last obstacle and use it as a driving force!

That's a good thing. It means it's starting to mobilize.
