just wanted to share my excitement..
so in April i decided to get back into working out and with all of the help you guys have given me i am down 14lbs to 128lbs.  my jeans and pants no longer fit me, i went from a size 8-9 to a 6 and i'm still going strong. i just had to say thank you to everyone here!!

I totally know the feeling, it's so great when you're clothes don't fit in this circumstance 
I need to get back down to that point where my jeans start falling down again hahah. Keep it up! That's amazing progress
Also, I know this isnt part of the thread, but I noticed on your space that you've been using Lipo6x. How have you found it so far? I'm considering it

i have noticed great results on the 6x, much more so than the regular lipo 6. it doesn't make me jittery at all and does its job as an appetite suppressant. i was on the regular 6, used a whole bottle, and decided to step up to the 6x. that's when i started noticing quite a difference.

this is the only thing that's guaranteed from hard work.. a few years ago, I was at 225lbs when I looked in the mirror and said, "I'm a fatass." 6 months later, I was 165 (without fatburners), then started to hit the gym.

yes it does feel good! i was soo happy shopping for new clothes over the weekend. i actually bought shorts. i have never EVER worn shorts in my life!

i've never felt comfortable in shorts before. i'm going to vegas this weekend so i figured now was the time to get some and start sporting them!
