I've always had bicep tendonitis and it sprouts up at weird times. It's obviously from a combination of weight lifting, swimming, and shooting balls. I generally do not do ANY bicep isolation work, usually warmup to some extent with whatever i'm doing, but this ALWAYS seems to fade in and out through phases of my training. Recently it's been KILLING around the elbow just inside of the big part of my brachiolis (jerkoff muscle haha)...what to do?

NEW GOAL(s):
Regain my strength.
Put on 5 lbs of muscle.
Gain better overall fitness (strength, endurance, muscle)
