Havoc...Horrible problem!!!
Okay i said to my self, ok i will try havoc and give a PH/DS a try... i started at 175lbs with 12% body fat and i did finished PCT and all that! then i was 202lbs with 17% body fat at end cycle...now end of pct im 190lbs with 21% body fat
MY DIET WAS CLEAN
through out the whole PCT i gained a lot of fat and lost a lot of muscle + got a ****ing gyno!!? why? wtf!!?
my waist went from 33" to 36" and i have a tire of fat around my waist/stomach area...should i go on a huge cut and would i lose even existing muscle i had before this havoc steroid?
i have sooo much fat its incredible! :cry!!!!!!!!

Thats why you should get your diet/training down before running a cycle.
Im willing to bet they were both equally ****ty.

Same here.
Define CLEAN diet that you had. Donuts and candy or what? What you described I couldnt even probably pull off if I ate pizza for every meal. You had to gorge yourself or something.

what did you take with you cycle. and what was you pct. Ph can make you gain some fat, depending on your on cycle diet.

Post what your daily diet was....you have to be honest if you want honest answers to the question. If you ate like ****....thats why you got fat. If you didnt gain muscle....you didnt train hard. Simple.

Occam's razor...
Either Havoc made you fat, or your diet made you fat.
Now, considering the fact that a steroid exerts no influence on whether or not you store fat, and also considering the fact that taking a steroid will force more nutrients to be used for building leanbody mass INSTEAD of being stored as fat...
We can only conclude that your diet was as well managed as the Iraq war.

Wow, yeah I don't think I'd be able to do that even if I tried. I don't see how thats possible OP. You'd have to be gettin in less than 100g of protein and like 200g of fat plus a bunch of carbs for that to happen. Sorry OP, best advice I can give is go on a cut if you're extremely unhappy with the fat. Eat a very high protein diet and train hard and you can save a bit of muscle while cutting. Or go for a recomp (a proper one this time!), eat around maintenance calories, maybe a little more and be sure its high in protein. Maybe you could try a supplement like Lean Xtreme or something to help thin down some of those trouble areas.

Almost every cycle I have ran my diet has been SOMEWHAT in check, NEVER totally in check... I still make gains and don't get fat... You need to really, really, really, really fvk up your diet to have problems like you're claiming. I'm talking McDonalds daily or something like that. No way you did that eating chicken and rice all week.

Maybe it is a lack of protein. I ate fast food while on cycle and it didnt make to much of a difference. I still had mostly muscle gain. DID YOU DRINK while on cycle? seriously it mite not totally be the diet. It was probably your workouts and lack of protein. If you take a ph/ps and dont hit the gym with reckless abandon you will get fat. Most steriods cause weight gain,now it is up to you to influence the weight gain.

could be excess water weight, but my guess is, it's a mix of gaining too much weight too fast, and your diet (even though you might think was clean) sucked and didn't work for you. on my havoc cycle i gained some fat, but it's not a big deal for me becuase i can diet that off.
