Im just learning how to eat correctly and I've already seen it begin to transfor my body.. I dont know what took me so long to get my head out of my arse. Anyhow i'd greatly appreciate it if you guys would be able to give me good examples of fast carbs and slow carbs as thats one of the few things i've yet to grasp.
