Nice, that was a pretty good video, I like how they played down the stereotypes in the video too because thats one thing that really has a shadow over the sport.

But i dont think phils in the gym 4 hours a day working out. i mean come on his recent magazine article in flex was saying how he only rested 30-45 seconds in between sets. Oh well.

That clip was great. I wonder if the kids said something about his wife being with a black guy. For those of you that don't know, she's white. One would think that the insults would have to be pretty big for him to risk injury jumping out of a moving car.

under 3% bodyfat? LOL
If he ever beats a conditioned Wolf at the O. it will be because of these things: wellspoken and great for the sport...
But Wolf will dwarf em anyway.

id say he has been under that (2.9% lol) and of course all those estimates are exterior fat not like internal stuff (the fat needed to make up ur brain and keep ur vital organs functioning)
But im a Wolf man, in that he will beat Phil at his years Olympia; remember this is the Mr. O were mass counts for at least 3 times that of other shows lol

x2, I think the guy was just estimating. Though Phil said that sometimes he'll do weightlifting and then cardio in a different session but that sometimes when he does cardio he might do some extra weightlifting stuff but mainly for the pump. I dunno if he still does that (probably not since his trainer has him doin a new routine). I definitely don't think anywhere near 4 hours though, lol.

Phil for the colorado was doing 1 hour in the morning of cardio,45-60 minutes in the afternoon for one bodypart and 30 minutes of cardio before last meal,he said he could do a touch up like 2 exercises before doing the 30 minutes of cardio on the bodypart he worked earlier in the day...
For the Ironman he was doing 45 minutes of cardio on empty stomach and 30 minutes at night till 3 weeks out then he bumped the cardio for 2 sessions of 60 minutes plus one weigh-lifting training...
Off course in off-season he only does weight-lifting so he probably in the gym for 60-90 minutes daily on off-season,dieting the time get's bumped due to cardio sessions...

I would not mind Phil being the next Mr.O. as he is clearly what the sport needs characterwise and We all want the best for the sport...

Great video! It's definitely nice to see a respectful interview that doesn't cater to the typical stereotypes associated with bodybuilding. It was also nice to see Heath's personality come out and how he is very sociable, unlike the lump, Jay Cutler, haha.
It's also funny how basketball stats are always exaggerated to make a team and its players taller, while bodybuilders want to list themselves as shorter and heavier.

I'll be honest I really did not expect to see him playing the piano. but it was really cool to see him elevate to the rim like that and he was letting in rain from down town..it's kinda hard to believe he as only been at this for 5 years
