How Do You Work Your Upper Chest?

    Hello Everyone,

    This is my first post

I want to work on my upper chest, I want that big chest look.

I don't have gym membership so I do what I can at home.

All I have are 25lb dumbells and some pushup bars, I know thats not alot.

I will get more equipment in the near future.

Can anyone suggest some exercises I can do at home?

If you do suggest something, please give an explaination of the exercise or somewhere I can see a photo of the exercise.

I'm not familiar with the names

    Thanks in advance

you don't have much to work with. use the DBs to do incline bench and incline flyes.

do pushups also, add weight if you can. just add overall chest mass and you will see an improvement.

    X2

But try doing push ups with your feet elevated, like up on a couch or something.

Buy an adjustable bench and squat/power rack and you'll have a great start to a home gym.
