Stuff that comes in the gold can. Anyone ever try this? It's pretty expensive, but it's the highest quality tuna there is AFAIK. Per weight it has the most protein too, 16 grams per serving for a whopping 40 grams a can. I've been eating 2-3 cans a day.
Anyone else try this stuff?

No I have not but you may want to check on the mercury level. I read somewhere that Albacore has some pretty high levels and one should only have one can every seven days. Don't mean to alarm you.
