That was the Open house held at THE Sorinex gym. I wanted to go so bad but a 13hr drive through mountains wasn't going to happne If there is ever a place to go for an experience like that, it's Sorinex. All the guys there have a do or die attitude and that helps push everyone around them to their limits. THAT IS HOW IT SHOULD BE!!!
For most of the video I thought they were acting like d-bags, but the 455x12 and the last pull were pretty cool.
I wasnt impressed by the 455x12 cause the guy was like 150 pounds heavire than everyone else, and i msure the other guys could have done that **** too. the skinny guy was awesome when he maxed at 520, he definately had 540-550 in hims

Err see how much he was shaking? Don't know about you but I only get/see that when I'm at my max or very very close.

sweet vid...that guy doing 520 was awesome. Also I think they just used the bumper plates to make them look a lot more, but he was def struggling with that so it ahd to be a lot

There's a lifter in the WNPF who just hit 565 lbs Equipped, in the 181 lb Class. I'll bet he gets pretty close to what this guy does Raw.
This (WNPF lifter) is a natural at the Deadlift. He missed 575 last meet I competed with him at, and pulled 495 as his last warmup in the warmup room like it was 225 lbs. He hit 540 that day

Really nice vid however I don't think that was really 4-500lbs. They were being too dramatic just havin a good time. I agree though this should be the real Spartan workout. BTW going to watch it again LOL at the last guy.

I doubt that the posted weight was not legit. 75kg knows these guys.

Ok.
The USAPL meet I competed in this March, had a woman in the 148 lb Class pull 506 lbs in her 3rd attempt.
The records are there...
EDIT: It's a .pdf file. If anyone wants it's location, PM me.
Her name is Kim Walford. 29 yrs. Open Class 148's
She opened with 440 easy. 2nd Attempt: 500.5 miss. 3rd Attempt: 506
...She also hit a 380 lb Squat on her 2nd, and missed 402 on the 3rd
