Alright guys, this is my first log of progress I have ever taken, so I'd appreciate any advice you guys can give me, and I will rep/give advice to any of my regulars.
17 Yrs Old/About to be a Senior
188 lbs at roughly 15% bf.
Estimated 1 Rep Max
Deadlift: Due to a broken L5 vertebrae in the past its given me alot of trouble doing these.
I have recently decided to move to a 4 day split, and I've noticed more gains than using a 3 day. I swap between 2 I like.
Day 1: Chest/Back
Day 2: Arms
Day 3: Shoulders/Traps
Day 4: Legs
Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Legs/Shoulders
Day 4: Arms
**Cardio almost everyday. HIIT and Sprints for Hockey.
**Abs - Rotate between weighted and just body weight.
Whey Protein - Some ****ty brand from Wal-Mart
Trying to go as far in hockey as possible.
Nutrition - I will post this as soon as I feel necessary to start cutting weight
