Free Webinar: IFBB Fitness Pro Kim Lyons
"The People's Guide to Health Happiness and Longevity Featuring America's Favorite Personal Trainer, Kim Lyons" - Thu, Jul 17, 2008 @ 9:00 p.m. - 10:15 p.m. EDT
You'll recognize IFBB Fitness Pro Kim Lyons as one of the trainers on the hit NPC TV show, "The Biggest Loser!"
In an email from Kim: "I'm doing a webinar on Thursday and I'm wondering if it would be possible for you to post the link. I'd be happy to throw in a plug for Bodybuilding.com, it would be super easy because I'll be covering the importants of educating yourself and seeking support groups on line. It is a really cool concept and I'm hoping to do a few more of them with other companies I'm working with. Click on this banner and it will give you all the info on what it's all about."
FYI, learn more about Kim Lyons at her website, www.kimlyons.com.

It's just wrapping up - yeah, the first 10-12 minutes were dial tone, LOL. It's been working ever since, however, and it's been a great seminar!

Thumbs up!
Thank you for the link to the seminar! It wasn't informative on the advance level but I set it up for my wife and she enjoyed it.
It wasnt streaming video or anything but bassicaly a powerpoint presentation that was interactive so you could answer questions online as you listened in.
Alot of points were made concerning health and motivation issues as well as support groups. I must say I prety much knew all the information but for someone like my wife who has just gotten bitten by the workout bug it was very informative. Im glad they said things like to stay away from the scale and make small goals for yourself because my wife is so impatient sometimes it takes someone like a Kim Lyons who shows expertise in the field to get the point accross.
Anyways thanks again for the link it was a great webinar and my wife looks forward to others!
