Smile Documentary Looking for 16-30 Yr Old Bodybuilders to follow...

Hello...
We are currently looking for people from the ages of 16 to 30 that have interest in being a star of a new documentary.
From the minds at Opey Productions comes a project with excellent appeal to a key demographic, particularly males, from high school to early career. This is a project that has excellent appeal for a wide range of people in this demographic. Billed as a reality documentary , cameras follow the individual stories of selected bodybuilders or strength athletes and tell their story. "This project is designed to reach any person who has ever touched a weight", says Opey Productions. Bodybuilding and strength training is built around the concept that every person has his or her own story and struggle. This project tells that story in a way that will be easily related to a wide range of people.

Several different types of stories were selected, from the powerlifter to the bodybuilder who is overcoming physical limitations, to the average Joe who has lost a lot of weight, to the former pro football hopeful overcoming heart surgery and illness. These stories will prove inspiring to our large target audience. It provides further attraction given the detail of the stories and the real, unscripted nature of them. The story of the underdog is attractive to people, and in the world of appearance-consciousness, everyone feels like an underdog in their own battle of weight control or athletic prowess. This project provides inspiration for those people.

The current trend of healthy eating and exercise is one with which a waning is not on the predictable horizon. That is why Opey Productions chose to show the ugly side of the stories as well as the victories. They wanted to show what each individual had to sacrifice in order to achieve his or her goals. This includes particularly the strain on relationships as the precontest bodybuilder is drained and grumpy from the lack of proper nutrients and overload of exercise. It includes the social life, or lack thereof, of an individual who is goal-driven and avoids situations which might distract him from his quest. It includes the critical choices that must be made so that the protagonist of each story can have a healthy balance of life while pursuing his or her dreams. A very central theme of each story is the sacrifice involved and the uncompromising nature of each individual. Second to the story of the underdog is the story of an amazing progression, in a sort of rags-to-riches format. This project shows the guts as well as the glory.

We are currently looking for several others to follow.
