damn, so symmetrical, I wish mine weren't uneven!
Thats quite a diet, I think I'd get sick of potatoes though.
Do you precook everything?

1st off awesome job on what you've accomplished so far! Your whole physique looks great, and proprtions and symmetry are really good.
Now, here's my question:
Did you honestly eat that diet every day leading up to your competition?
Here's why I ask:
The above diet is 2783 Calories - with no additives such as cooking oils, marinades, butter, sugar, etc.
Total Calories according to Fitday.com = 2783
370g P / 195g C / 49g F
56% P / 27% C / 17% F
*When I did the math (4 x 370 + 195 x 4 + 49 x 9) I got 2701 Calories
Regardless, 2701 Calories or 2783 Calories is A LOT of Calories to be eating to lose weight at such a light body weight.
Let's say you ate just 2700 Calories per day. That would mean your maintenance Calories must be at least 3200 Calories per day.
Now I understand that your metabolism is more efficient than mine (genetics and you're much younger), but I am still confused about this diet you posted that you say you followed to cut up.
Did you start out using this diet... as in, is this the diet you ate when you 1st started to cut? Did you ever have to reduce the Calories to keep losing fat or did you keep adding cardio in to burn more Calories (i.e. keep body in a Caloric defecit)?
How long were you on the posted diet and how much weight were you losing per week on the posted diet?
I'm just curious... that's all.
I'm not calling you a liar or anything. I am amazed that you were able to lose weight while eating this diet, and am curious to know a little bit more about how you managed to get so lean with out never reducing your Calories. <-- By the way, physically speaking it makes no sense... b/c as one loses body weight/fat their energy requirements get lower. So, in order for one to lose weight they must keep decreasing Calories to make sure the body is in a Caloric defecit - if weight loss is the goal. Otherwise the body eventually hits a plateau since Calories In = Calories Out.
Last, I am only interested in this... I am an Exercise Science major w/ a Nutrition Minor, so these subjects are an interest of mine. Please don't take offense... I'm just questioning you b/c I think it's interesting you ate so much and got so lean.

Yea i know it seems weird but it worked, everyones body is different. I did about an hour of cardio a day, the only time my diet change is when I did my fat load for the show..

Thanks for the reply...
Cool.
So, how long were you dieting?
Did you start out doing an hour of cardio at the beginning of your cut or did you add it in later?
Did you increase cardio intensity over time?

I was on the diet for 12 weeks,
Cardio stay the same throughout..
Hour a day, either stairmaster, treadmill, or bike. Low intensity.

Nice. That's an average of 1.6 lbs lost per week...
Hahaha now I am even more baffeled at your results... it just doesn't make any sense, but whatever...
Good luck with your next show, man!
