Just figured I'd let any die-hard rock fans know. I go to (and work at) golds gym charlottesville, he came in this morning at like 8:30 for the 3'rd day in a row. He came in for 2 weeks back in November when his house was being built(in Fluvana). Oh yea and he was driving a sick customized escalade. I dont have pics, but I did get his license plate number(no stalker).

He did like 40 minutes of step eleptical pre workout, then a bunch of bodyweight stuff, then some more cardio, then some really freaking weird complex excercises, then more cardio.
