Reflux and Enzymes
Does anybody have any experience with digestive enzymes and Reflux disease? I've been diagnosed with Silent Reflux and one of the recommendations is to reduce stomach acids, and acidic foods... This is almost counter intuitive, as without enough enzymes digestive problems crop up. Can anyone weigh in on taking large doses of enzymes and the overall health of their digestive system? Do you experience any odd problems?
