its always sore...i know my routine is ok and my diet is in check, its so annoying!

Try and use dumbells more than barbell, that way you can correct any lopsided muscles.

x2, might also want to check your bench form, a lot of people use their shoulders too much, which could put extra pressure on them.

yeah, if you havent got perfect form, your rotator cuffs are at risk

ok, because ive even tried taking a few days off and it dosent go away. its weird though because my right shoulder dosent have this problem, just my left
