my progress, been at the gym for 7 months
well here it is guys my progress for 7 months at the gym...well really its more like 5 because i was barly going for the first 2 months.... anyway i had to completely change my diet and spend alot of hours at the gym...but i dont mind... i love it.

somewhat... i work for hollister as a floor model, which means i pretty much just stand in the store and greet people. however i find out this month if i get a contract from them.

i started off at 138 ish? i dont remember but around there...anyway my diet is pretty much cyto gainer and olive oil, brown rice and broccoli, raw eggs, pb&j sandwiches, and dinner i eat whatever my family is eating... dont get me wrong though... i eat fast food every once in a while.

I thought you had to cut to get abs; I didn't know you could bulk to get abs.

if you are already cut to the point that you can see your abs.. bodyfat % 12 and lower you can clean bulk and still keep the abs.. thats what im working on now cutting to see my abs and then clean bulking again.. im 5"11 ,180lbs ultimatly want to be 195-200.

Good work. Keep it up. Remember you do this for you and no one else. I see other people post that you should get bigger, but heck adding what seems like 10 lbs of muscle in less than a year is incredible progress. Keep it up!

But look at his pictures - he actually GAINED abs during his bulk; not simply just maintaining them by not putting on fat.
