Has anyone ever had these? We sell them at the gym I work at and they are sooo yummy! They are all natural, but I'm not sure if I should be eating them or not.
anyone even know what I'm talking about??

I was ready to blast them thinking they were crap like most of the bars in the market. BUT they are surprisingly solid, with good ingredients and decent macros.
If you can fit them in your diet and you are not low-carbing, eat them.
Most of the time, Canadian nutritional supplements are a better choice than American ones because of the higher standards they have for ingredients and quality. Price is usually a trouble, though.

Recovery is key. Massages, epsom salts baths, foam rolling, sleep masks, contrast showers, it all adds up. Get a foam roller, The Stick, a tennis/baseball, use them and stay healthy, pain and injury free.

Not too bad. Unless you're like 5 days out or something like that.
