    Starting of Transformation + Guess BMI?

    These pictures are from the 28th, but I have already lost 16.2 pound. Will show after pictures once goal is reached. Can you tell me what you think my fat percentage is? Im thinking it is 35% or around there? Thanks

    I would have to say 30-35% body fat

    You should definitely read the stickies on nutrition and find yourself a good workout routine. Start lifting while you're dropping the weight. Good luck brah you can do it if you're dedicated

    Over 35%, but you are tall. Hopefully you wont have to cut down to a crazy low number because of your height.

    im 6'6 , but i have cut down to 1,500 average so far. I am also doing low carbs.

    Thank you, I have the right motive this time, and won't be stopped. It's been going good so far, been sticking to a low carb diet, and after every weight lift session, I do cardio for 20-30 minutes. Might look into more routines.

    That's quite low for the beginning you could steadily lose weight at 2000 calories.
    Also, there is no need to do low carbs. Carbs are not the enemy.
