Smile I Grow Faster

What's up everyone? After a close to 4 month break the time has come to start a cycle. My last run was a test loner @ 750 wkly. My goals for this cycle are somewhat of a recomp (first 4-5 weeks i've really slipped on my diet due to work), LBM increase, and a huge strength jump (I may do another powerlifting meet in Oct.)

Weeks 1-6 Dbol 30 mg daily
Weeks 1-12-14 (may stop at 12 may extend to 14) Test Prop 150 mg eod
Weeks 2-11 Tren Ace 50-60 mg ED 350-420 mg weekly
Weeks 1-5//12-pct complete LRIGF1 40 mcg PWO
Throughout- 1 mg eod Letro

I will be following a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off workout split throughout, completing 20-40 min. cardio PWO.

I'd like to end the run at 230 and much leaner than I was at the end of my last bulk. I'm currently around 221 & 15-17% BF.

Feedback, encouragement, and criticism is HIGHLY appeciated! Let me know what you all think!

I've used 1 mg during my last PCT....I've never used it during a cycle yet.

Thanks for following man it's much appreciated. Honestly I was debating only using 20 mg dbol actually. IMO...the stuff is strong as can be and many ppl overkill on the stuff. I am currently 221 and honestly I expect to put on at least 10 lbs during the first 4 weeks on that dose. Follow along and possibly you could use my experience on this run to help you better guage your cycle!

Ahhhhh love to be back.....

Pinned 150 mg prop in the glute & took 20 mg dbol preworkout yesterday.

Due to having to work from 6-3:30 (my gym closes at 5 on the weekends) I got in there at 4:10. I decided to go hit a very short but intense shoulder workout...as follows

Mach Military Press---This is hammer strength so the weights are good but not as impressive as they look
180x15
270x15
360x8

Seated Arnold Press
50's x15
60'sx10
70's x5

Barbell Upright row
95x20
105x15
135x8

Side Laterals (I've been doing this with olympic weights lately and is a much better feeling imo) What you do is grab the middle portion of the plate that would slide onto a barbell with your index, middle, and ring fingers and put your thumb either on the side or wrap it around. Give it a try...it forces your palms to stay in position and elbows up!

25's x20
35's 15
45'sx12

Time then ran out and it was my sister's birthday so I had to drive out to my mom's house to eat cake and all that jazz so I didn't get my cardio session in....I certainly won't be making that mistake too often though.

edit--I didn't make the journey out to my mom's place before pinning the LR3 into each delt 20 mcg each side. I took the last dbol tab around 3 hrs after the first 2.

I'm pretty sure i know, but please tell me those weights are in lbs?

Laterals with plates might be one to try, i've been known to do front raises with the plates, so i guess this would just be a progression. Shoulders tomorrow, i think i'll try it.

Cycle looks solid, and i like the idea of targetting a lifting meet, a couple of people are trying to talk me into doing one, but i'll have to drastically improve my benching. What lifts did you manage at your last meet bro?

Yes all lifts are in pounds.

I weighed in @ 188 and did a 485lb squat
305 lb bench
495 lb deadlift

I was 20 then. I haven't really gotten too much stronger since then (bench is around 345 and the other 2 are just above 500)....I did injure myself while dieting for a show last year and just got back into really heavy stuff 6-8 mnths ago.

No problem man. I've heard 30-40mg is the sweet spot for most. I have enough to run 40mg throughout, but may start at 30 instead. But I'll definitely be following along here.

have you ever run tren a for that duration of time? its pretty hard on you, just a thought bro, i cant run tren a longer than 4-6 weeks at a time. not really sure its a good idea to overlap the dbol with the tren for so long, theyre both pretty liver toxic. the tren really gets my kidneys hurtin. also watch the bp on this cycle.

have you ever run tren a for that duration of time? its pretty hard on you, just a thought bro, i cant run tren a longer than 4-6 weeks at a time. not really sure its a good idea to overlap the dbol with the tren for so long, theyre both pretty liver toxic. the tren really gets my kidneys hurtin. also watch the bp on this cycle.

Divided 3 doses of dbol up today....diet was plentiful indeed! I trained chest tonight---as follows

Flat barbell bench-- 225x15, 255x8, 275x5, 305x3 225x11 (all the way to failure

Incline dumbell press superset with cable crosses
65x20 + 80 cable cross x20
70x15 + " "
80x10 + " "
100x8 + " "

6 sets of 25 pushups to cap it off.

Yes I realize this is a very unorthodox workout however I was very short on time and felt like mixing it up. I actually got an incredible pump and felt this was a very intense workout.

man all u guys do way more sets than me!....i guess i fatigue faster or something. i cant do nearly that many even with MUCH lighter weight.

i'd be doin good to do what u did without the push ups. of course with a more fitting weight for me. i bet those DB press superset with cable flys had u pumped to the max!

I did chest and tris today in 45 minutes lol and the pump had me crippled I couldn't do one dip.... it was like

--Response to post over at oldschoolbodybuilders.com -I'm logging it there as well & I figured I'd share this info as it is relevant.

The IGF1...basically I was told my several vets (and it looks very good on paper) that it helped them out a ton w/ their PCT...so I picked up 3 mg at the end of my last cycle. I still have like 2.2 mg left over so I figured what the hell....I'll incorporate it into my cycle. Honestly, while using it I noticed increased pumps and I maintained a lot of my strength after the cycle ended. After I came off of it I immediately lost a few lbs making me wonder if it was only excess water retention I was experiencing. Regardless I have it on hand and will keep everyone posted on my experiences with it. Sik & a few others swear by the stuff and I did notice some effects (not sure if it lives up to the hype as of yet)

During my cycle I will also be using 500 iu HCG e3d

My pct looks like this
HCG 1000 e3d x3 500 e3d x2
Clomid 100/100/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20/20
LR3IGF1 50 MCG BILATERALLY PWO so 5x per week.

I was actually thinking of incorporating a low dose of HGH to help maintain size and mostly assist w/ fat loss after the cycle...possibly 3 iu daily of the blue tops for 15 weeks. I am due to go on a ANOTHER friggin deployment in January so...I've got my fingers crossed that it doesn't happen this time around. That was the longest 12 months of my life....I'm proud I did it but damn not again.

i'll vouch for igf-1 too man, for pct and for site enhancement. u have to give it a while for the site enhancement though, its not like gear where u see the results now. u may not see them for 6 months or more. i do think alot of people expect too much from it though tbh.

She is a husky shepherd mix. My ETS is in Feb. however we are scheduled to deploy the month before (stop loss clause)...If I wind up going again I am going to reup for 3 more yrs while in country (tax free money and a much better chance of not going anywhere again due to not joining the irr and normally reserve/guard units deploy once every 5 yrs)

Yep, just finishing up -- a week or two more.

I got in a car accident and had to lay out for 2.5 weeks -- 2nd day back was yesterday...I didn't lose much strength and lost little to no size.

I have to say that this cycle was great for experience but because of pnuemonia/car accident, it was kind of a waste....oh well. didn't cost too much.

A little word about IGF, and this probably isn't really the best place to put it but whatever, anyway over a year ago I did a 4 week run, pinning 20mcg per forearm PWO, and though I didn't notice much then, my forearm development has become almost disproportionate compared to my bi's/tri's now.

yup, its good stuff, just takes a while!

i cant see why more people dont use it in their calves....it seems like half the BBing community has lagging calves lol.

Calves is hands down where I would/will use it next time. Ugh, I just don't miss having to take the pins with me every day to the gym smuggled in a glasses case, and pinning in the stall. :x
