Depends on what delt tie-in you are trying to work. It can be performed in a number of different ways.
If lying on your side on a incline bench
Arm coming over hip = medial delt
Arm behind hip = medial-posterior delt tie-in
Arm in front of hip = medial-anterior delt tie-in
