Needy of a new workout mine has got boring
i have been on my workout now for about 3 months and its the same everytime so i am looking for a new workout but i have only got dumbells, ez bar, tricep bar and i have a normal bar, i also have a bench on mondays, tuesdays, thursdays and fridays and on wednesday i have a smith machine a bench press and lat pull down so could someone please come up with a good routine that will intergreat my needs please can someone help i want to be working shape and size really this are what my diet is done for thanks, could you also throw in the reps and sets i need to do as well cheers guys
