No real difference for apples but for most fruits and veggies, the brighter and more colorful the fruit, the more antioxidants and nutrients it has

Fiji's and pink ladies are great, I like Washington reds myself; however, you haven't had anything till you've had a honey crisp apple.
They are like 2-3 times the size of a regular apple and the flavor is amazing!

I like all apples. Nutrition wise, they don't make much of a difference which one you eat.
Though, I do like Red apples by themselves. Green Apples seems better when I combine it with something. I don't know why.My Cutting Log:
