NO Xplode 3 scoops

The one and only time I bought it, I did 4 scoops. It was finally enough to get me going. The downside was that 40 minutes later, the crash was aweful.

we're about the same height and weight, i definitely feel it after 3 scoops, so you probably will too unless you have a super high tolerance to stims

when i took it i needed 3 scoops but i drank it during the workout as well

if you dont feel it while taking 3 properly then you need to reassess your stimulant tolerance and probably take a break.

have always used white-flood and have just got no-xplode for a change and to check it out This stuff is so weak, Took 3 scoops with powerade and didn't feel a thing so tomorrow I am gonna try 4 scoops. Hopefully I will get some kick off it but it seems a crap over hyped product..

if you need to take 3 scoops you've built up a tolerance for it. I'd take a week or two off from it and go back to the recommended the dosage. By that time you're body will go back to normal and your tolerance levels will go back down.

I agree. Take 2 weeks off and try cut out all stims and then go back onto it. I know this because my training partner had no effect with NO explode but then took 2 weeks off with no stims not caffeine and then took 2 scoops and felit it like never before.

no xplode is probably my favorite supp .. i haven't tried white flood as mentioned above

but i have to take two weeks off of it every now and then or else my tolerance builds up to much. Event though i take two weeks off, I usually do use 2 1/2 or 3 scoops .. caffeine has never really effected me very much.

1 scoop of SP250 beats 3 scoops of NO Xplode. I took the old NO Xplode, but then they changed the formula, jacked up the price, and I moved on. But as mentioned above you should always take a break, I usually do 2 tubs of a stim, cycle off for 2-3 weeks and come back.

Yeah, Explode will only last 10 days at 3 scoops!!
