2 More lbs. to the 100 lb mark!
So at my weigh in on Thurs, I'm down to 231 from 329 in just under 5 months. That means I have to lose only 2 more lbs to get to the century mark. Do you think that 2 lbs will take forever to lose? I've added distance running 2x per week to my cardio in hope of busting through to the 220's. Is that a good idea? It's only 4-5 miles 2x a week. I'll have new pics next week with the hopes of being 229!! The end goal is 225, anything less than that and I think I would look sickly. Thanks for any input!!

Congratulations dude! You've already accomplished something many people wish about but few get the cajones to get up and do. Hitting the century mark will be a great milestone to cap to recognize that fact!
If you've been losing steadily I can't imagine the last 2 pounds will be what gives you the problems, but adding distance running should be good to make sure that doesn't happen. Keep us posted!

Great job! I know what you are feeling. I dropped a lot in a little & its been life-changing. Keep it up!! Blow right past 229 and just GO!

This wil pay off when you are 80 years old and on your death bed, oh wait, thats the other guy, you will still be out partying for another 10 years because of the steps you took today.
Awesome work and congratulations!! Welcome to a new life.
You should have no problems turning up the distances in your running, have fun with it.

I def want to put on some muscle. When I get to my goal of 225, I'll start lifting heavier and trying to put on some lean muscle. It's hard for me to think though, after busting my butt to lose this weight, of putting weight back on. But it will be muscle, not that blubber I carried with me for so long!!!

Good job bro, while I hit the century mark a few weeks ago, I did it at a slower pace and it took over a year. But I am now at 223 and I am doing distance running as well. Feels great!

Wow! 100 lbs in 5 months? Do you have loose skin?
I'm looking to lose 60 pounds in 6 months, so if I do half as good as you I will be happy.
