I think if you're considering dating her, 12 isn't bad AT ALL.
As long as a girl hasn't been with TONS of guys (and has no STD's) then she's ok to date IMO.
What REALLY matters is whether or not she will be loyal. I know girls who have slept around, but when they found a guy they liked, they actually didn't cheat. I've seen the opposite too of course.
