Here is my question. I see you do these eating contests on a weekly basis. Do you have trouble maintaining a healthy weight due to them? How long after stuffing yourself with 5-10 pounds of food before you return to normal. I'm assuming you are quite bloated afterwards. Do you eat much before, or after the contest, like later the same day?
Also how exactly did you figure out you would be good at this?
Someone needs to calculate how much protein that was...
I thought it would be more than that for some reason.

You'll see the pic...man when there was like 1/3 left i started cutting that fat and grissle (sp) off (because you are allowed too, but too time consuming to do if trying to go fast) and there was so much of that ****. I couldn't believe how bad of a cut it is...
Ill be back though one day to finish that in less that 7.5 min
