I do! Try calling earlier in the day and you'll normally get an American. The Indian people, in my experience, answer when the American people go home from their job. It's like they transfer all calls to them at that point.

If you're trying to help an american customer client base you need to have a good grasp of the english language otherwise it'll lead to nothing but confusion and frustration. It has more to do with communication than intelligence which for something like customer service needs to be paramount.

I am in sales and I promise they are 5x worse to sell to than buy from. They lie like crazy and always try stupid "tactics" like come in 5min before close to get the "real deals" as they put them.
