    kyphosis. ... No bench press?

So my posture is a bit of a bug bear with my physique. I have worked out for a while and improved overall but my shoulders remain hunched.

I have read much on corrective stretching etc but have wondered if continuing to work out my whole body is further facilitating the issue?

My question in essence is should I JUST work out my back (and legs) and avoid all anterior exercises to assist in sorting this out? Or would that be a little silly.

Nah, I'd just work at higher ratio back to front. (e.g. row more weight & sets than bench)
