I'm a 6'4", lanky, hard-gainer of 33 years and 225 lbs. I gain fat with relative ease, but gaining muscle takes considerably more time and effort.
For someone like me, what's the ideal macronutrient ratio to gain lean muscle mass, but also help keep the fat off?
(I know I should be bulking and cutting, but I can't cut to save my life.)
