I'm almost done bulking and gettin ready for a competition so i really need to get ripped and bring up the peak on my bicep. I hear light weight, high reps is good, and diet has a lot to do with it. But what else? Can anybody help me with a diet too?

go on a high proteine and low carb diet+ dont do high reps or light weigh, many people have done this because they think they will cut ,but you will lose a lot of muscle mass.you should do this but only in the week before you contest to pump the muscle and not to break it .If you do 8-12 reps in the week before your competition you will lose definition.
good luck keep on traning!
