SiX PACK 40KG Dumbbell bench press

Hello

In this video you can see dumbell press with 40Kg, this was the Last set that i did for my chest with the 40KG dumbbells (my RM1 is 50KG) I usually use the 45 or 47.5kg dumbells. Too bad that the video was taken with a cellular phone and its impossible to see that i am ripped to shreds there

anyway my stats in this video are 81kg with 9% body fat, my biceps is 41.5CM.

This video was taken on 11.07.2008 in my local gym by a friend.

so.. why do you turn the wrists into a db fly motion at the end of each rep? do you get a better pump or contraction this way?

Why? When I do db's, I usually just physically cant do anything but put em on the ground. Now that doesn't mean that I throw them, but there usually no chance of racking em.

Haha i agree. I hate when people just release them not knowing where they're going to end up. Then everyone wonders why the weights are broken.

Actually the twisting does hit the chest at a different angle. You should try it, I find that it gives my chest a better pump.
