In this video you can see dumbell press with 40Kg, this was the Last set that i did for my chest with the 40KG dumbbells (my RM1 is 50KG) I usually use the 45 or 47.5kg dumbells. Too bad that the video was taken with a cellular phone and its impossible to see that i am ripped to shreds there
anyway my stats in this video are 81kg with 9% body fat, my biceps is 41.5CM.
