Seriously breh, there are like 15 threads from the teen section ALONE asking this exact question within the past week.
I'm not kidding/messing with you. The same Q's are asked over and over.

i cannot think of any potential side effects, and dare say there may not be any. however i would do as the company says, its good stuff, but its not worth messing your body up for though.

stak is more testosterone based, its better for people who older, say older than 26, m-stak is better for younger people, who are over 18 though, i wouldnt take either until you are over 18

could try a gainer, most people on here will just tell you the basics like fish oil and multivits, and food, but apart from that theres nothing really , could look into another creatine, and just wait till you 18 then try the non-hormonal stuff,

i spoke to ox, the house and bigant and they all said that below 18 you should really wait and stick with essentials, (whey, multi, fish oil and POSSIBLY CREATINE) they said you can use it later on as ammunition. No point wasting your ammo when you have no army to fight.
I cba to explain it because i have an interview soon and i need to ****.
