Alternative for Squating
Would I still see resultes from running up a sand doon 10 times 2x a week instead of doing regular leg exercises in the gym? Specificly Im talking about the sand doon in El Segundo.

Endurance wise. Might build some muscle at first, also.
But it won't be comparable to the results you would get from squats. Especially in the long run.

that wuld prly just work ur legs for endurance, not for putting on size or strength

There called wind sprints and yes they would help greatly but not fully compensate for squatting etc.
