I read over the articles but I'm still not sure if I'm going to be doing this correctly.
I am planning on having Low, Moderate and High carb days.
Low
Carbs: 50g
Protein: 155g
Fat: 50g
Total Cals: 1270
Moderate
Carbs: 150g
Protein: 155g
Fat: 50g
Total Cals: 1670
High
Carbs: 200g
Protein: 155g
Fat: 50g
Total Cals: 1870
Does this seem right??
