I haven't DB benched in a long time either. I could have used the 45 lb dumbbells for my benches but they were taken and I didn't want to wait for them.
I haven't maxed on my big three yet.
Only supplement I use is ON 100% Whey Gold Standard.

i'm subscribed, and i'll keep my eyes open. One question though... why are you running a 4 days on, 3 days off program...
i'd reccommend:

1 off
2 on

Squat - 200 x 6

It looks like you and I have our squats and deadlifts mixed up. Your deadlift is really low with high squat, my squat is really low with high deadlift.

Yeah, benching is one of my weak spots which I'm trying hard to improve on.
I'm going for more mass than strength.

I'm taking the next two days off. Sunday I'll get my new bench (hopefully 135 x 5 x 3 or 135 x 5 and 130 x 5 x 2) and on Monday my new deadlift (hopefully 215 x 5)
