keto & cardio

When using a ketogenic diet to cut for competition does early morning cardio really have a advantage over any other time of day. Generally fasted mourning cardio is preferred because of the lowered glucose lvls which leads to increased fatty acid oxidation, but when glucose is always low I cant see why fasted cardio is better the any other time of day. The only time that I can see would be better then any other would be post wo due to the rise in gh cause of weight training.

I've lost a **** load of fat following a ketogenic style diet with frequent carb re-feeds. Although my goal is never to fully establish keto, I do go for 3 days (have been as high as 8) without more than 50 grams or so of carbs.

I've done fasted cardio along the way and fed cardio as well. My diet is painfully consistent and I can honestly say I haven't noticed that much of a difference hinging on when I do my cardio.

I'm two weeks out from the yankee classic right now and I've broken my cardio into 3 x 20 minute sessions. If anything I think the cardio throughout the day (albiet smaller sessions) has had more impact than anything.
