    Barbell Squats/Deadlifts vs. Dumbbell Squats/Deadlifts

I have a lot of trouble doing these exercises with a barbell, because of form and I don't have a squat rack so I don't want to put to much weight that could come crashing down. Dumbbell squats/deads seem much easier for me. What's the difference for results? Is it okay do do these instead? How much weight should I use compared to barbell?

The SLDL is a variation on the DL. Since you have no compelling reason to perform it, stick with the regular deadlift.

My gym is SH*T and doesn't have a squat rack and only have barbells with set weights. So I have to deadlift with an EZ bar and squat with dumbbells which I'm not happy about but seems to do the trick..
