i eat big to get big, i've been taking creatine for a few weeks now and have noticed my lifting stats going up. i also have a pretty good workout set up, the only thing i can't do is squats because i workout at home, so i try to substitute it by doing leg extensions and leg curls. any advice would be appreciated it.
Workout A-chest
Incline BB bench-4x4 of 220
Flat DB bench-3x8 of 72.5(biggest DB's i can make with my plates)
-(superset these two workouts)
Bodyweight Chest Dips-3x12
Row machine for three mins
Workout B-legs and arms
Leg Extensions-3x8 of 200
Leg Curls-3x10 of 150(i go light on this because of old Cross Country injury)
Forearm Grips 3x(15-15-15)
Hammer Curls-3x8 of 50's
DB Curls-3x5 of 55's
Workout C-cardio and some back
Row Machine for 5mins
15mins of light running
Row machine for 5mins
the workouts may seem weird but i have been increasing my stats over the past few months, i just can't gain weight, im currently at 150lbs and would like to get up to about 175lbs

*sigh*
If the scale isn't moving, and you want it to, it's your diet. If it is moving and you don't like how you look, it's your lifting.

thanks for the replies, usually for my diet i try to get alot of protein in from chicken or beef or eggs, i stay away from anything fried. i usually eat four or five meals a day as it is now, might have to throw in another meal or just eat more during those meals. for my sleep i usually get a good 8 to 9 hours of sleep.
i guess i'll try uping my calorie intake more and see how that goesYOU DON'T TALK TO NICOTREL LIKE THAT!! (The Rock on SNL)

Yeah, I'd say eat even more that what you've said you've been eating. When I bulked up to 220 lbs., I was eating even if I wasn't hungry. I'd just force it down so I could get bigger and it worked.
"Shut up and lift!"
"Eat big to get big."
"Deadlift and grow."
'Train, Eat, Sleep."
"Knowledge is power."
"What does not kill you, will make you stronger."
Ergo sum fortissimus.

at 150 lbs, fried food won't hurt you (don't over do it) you don't need to eat super clean if you're trying to add 25 lbs of muscle. You need to eat A LOT! Have an extra pizza every day PWO.
W T F does that have to do with anything? Did you even read the thread title? The first post? Any replies?oh and gecko that link did not contain answers only the search page - swiftness_02
